The head of Ukrainian intelligence talked about the state of health of the Russian dictator.

The head of Ukrainian intelligence, Kyrylo Budanov, said that the head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin, did not have long to live.

The head of the Ministry of Defense stated this in an interview with ABC News. Budanov said that Putin has been terminally ill with cancer for a long time.
