Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak met with US Senators Jack Reed and Angus King today in Kyiv.

This was reported by the press center of the OPU.

“It is important for Ukraine that its partners not only know what is happening on the front line, but also receive up-to-date information about its needs and plans, further actions,” Yermak said at a briefing after the meeting.

The head of the OPU is convinced that US senators “have received full information.”

“I thanked the US senators for their visit to Ukraine and noted the importance of systematic briefings for our strategic partners regarding the situation at the front. He noted that the enemy was concentrating groups for offensive operations. The Ukrainian Defense Forces are provided with military equipment and ammunition,” Yermak wrote on Telegram.

According to the head of the OPU, the meeting also discussed the issue of protecting the critical infrastructure of Ukraine, which the Russian Federation continues to shell.
